Sandpiper has been refurbished and thoughtfully put together to create a rustic coastal charm to enhance your time by the sea.

Benefiting from a social open plan kitchen lounge diner, a beautiful main bedroom, a cosy second bedroom, and an enclosed rear courtyard garden you will really feel at home at Sandpiper. 

The living area has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, along with a fireplace with an oak beam and a realistic electric stove, a large screen Smart TV and a dining table for four.

The spacious kitchen area is fully equipped with an integrated dishwasher, single oven and electric hob, washer dryer, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, cafetiere and teapot. 

The main bedroom is beautiful and light with a king-size bed with a quality mattress and bedding. There is plenty of storage for your belongings, a hair drying station as well as a TV.

Just along from the main bedroom is the second bedroom which has a small double bed. A wardrobe, chest of drawers, and TV complete the room.

The compact and stylish shower room has a generous shower enclosure with a dual-head shower, plus a compact sink and toilet unit.

French doors lead from the kitchen to the enclosed courtyard garden. There is a bistro table and chairs for two just by the door perfect for a morning drink in the sun. There is also a larger table and chairs for family dining and a bbq.

Sandpiper is self-contained with it’s own private entrance that is accessed via the garden.

Pakefield beach is under 5 minutes away at the end of the road.

Pubs, shops, restaurants and take away’s are all within easy walking distance and there’s even a great fish and chip shop at the end of the road too!
