A 25% deposit is payable when booking, with the remaining balance due 28 days before arrival.
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge more than 28 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 28 days are non-refundable, and the outstanding balance will remain due. All cancellations must be made in writing.
We strongly recommend taking out the XCover cancellation protection offered during checkout to protect you against unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from travelling.
Parking arrangements vary between properties. Some of our holiday homes have private driveways or allocated parking, while free on-street parking is available near others. Full parking information is provided on each property page.
All our dog-friendly Suffolk holiday homes have free superfast WIFI.
Bed linen and one towel per person is provided.
Most of our Suffolk coastal holiday homes are dog-friendly, although the number of dogs accepted varies by property. Please check the individual property listing for full details or contact us if you would like help choosing the right cottage.
Dogs must not be left unattended in the property and must be kept off beds. Please bring your own throws should you wish your dog to join you on the sofas.

Pakefield beach is dog friendly all year round as is the beach heading south towards Kessingland.
Lowestoft beach dogs are permitted on the promenade but not on the beach between May and September.
Yes, all the local pubs accept dogs. Those that have restaurant areas, dogs are permitted in the bar area.
Southwold is just 10 miles down the coast from our dog-friendly Suffolk holiday cottages.
Our holiday homes are perfectly located to allow you to enjoy the splendour of Southwold while being able to return to the tranquility of Pakefield.
Southwold can be very busy in peak months so parking can be a challenge but there is a bus from Pakefield to Southwold which is a great option for our guests.
